Hi, I have been with ID for a week and wifi calling is not working. As we have very weak 3 network coverage, I need wifi calling to be able to make calls from home. 4G calling isn’t working either. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I fixed this myself! I had to re-enter my mobile number in the ‘Settings / Phone / My Number’ setting on my iPhone which was blank. When I started with ID this obviously wasn’t filled in with my number automatically.

This was SUPER HELPFUL!!! I have been really struggling to get wifi calling to work and this fixed it! I kind of love you right now!!!
i had the same problem with an iPhone 16. A good way to check if its working is to see if “WiFi Call” appears next to the mobile signal indicator in the top left of the screen. If it does not appear you can give it a nudge by switching to aircraft mode and the re-enabling wifi. The “WiFi Call” should then appear next to the airplane mode symbol.
