wificalling issues

Hi, I'm using Samsung S23FE and I'm having lots of issues with wificalling.

Sometimes it's on and sometimes it's off. It seems to be random.

I've tried turning it on and off, phone on and off, wifi on and off bad nothing seems to work.

It does eventually come back but when it feels like it.

I've lost so many important calls and quite often I have to go outside to make a phone call.

My wifi signal is regularly strong and I had no problems in the past with a different provider.

Can you please help

It depends if you have adequate mobile signal whether the phone changes to WiFi calling or not. This is something the phone controls I’m afraid.

Hi @Ekay Dub

As @MZone suggests, the device/SIM will automatically decide when to switch from regular network calling to Wi-Fi calling, it’s not something that can be manually switched on or prioritized.

Typically it’ll decide to switch to Wi-Fi calling once the regular network signal is weak enough.
