Would i still receive the enhanced trade in vEnhanced Trade-In for Pixel 9 Pro XL – Does It Still Apply if Trade-In is Marked Non-Working?alue if the original trade in is reduced to non working?

Hi everyone,

I recently sent off an old phone to take advantage of the enhanced trade-in offer for the Pixel 9 Pro XL, which promises £200. The original trade-in value for the phone was £25. However, the Currys engineers have discovered a fault with the phone and are now only offering £3 as it's been classified as non-working.

My question is: Will I still receive the enhanced trade-in value of £200, or does the reduced offer due to the fault affect the enhanced trade-in as well?
