Wrong Number

 Change my phone recently and kept my number (REDACTED) I can make calls , receive calls, send a text, send a message on WhatsApp but can’t receive a text message, the number that’s receiving my texts is the number that came with the phone (REDACTED) I have tried to change the number  in message settings, turning off chats, verifying my new number but it keeps coming up with the old number.

I would have thought that when keeping my own number that would have included messages as well.

    Same with my phone can't even make a call outside or get online time to find another mobile company goodbye I'd very disappointed in your service
