Morning. I agreed a new upgrade plan with customer services on Monday 14th July. He said it wouldn’t appear immediately. However, it still hasn’t updated to the new plan. It should say unlimited data instead of 5gs. It was the thing that made me purchase the phone. Can you let me know what is happening?

Did you sign up to an unlimited data plan or was the unlimited data an add on?
