I have a PAYGO account.  I have over £5 credit but I can’t make calls or send texts.  When I log into my account on idmobile.co.uk it says “You currently don't have an active plan.” but when I go to “View Your Plans” I **do** have an active plan.

 

What on earth is going on?

Yes, OK, I’ll be doing that.  I have already done one Live Chat which had supposedly fixed it, but it hadn’t. I’ll try again!
