Your messages are not showing up on the phone the SIm is in. So how do I contact you? It is for my husband who can no longer use it. Though I notice you contacted me within hours of cancelling the DDM.

Hi @Sally Watts

Where did you have a message from an “employee”?

What phone was it?

Cancellation can be done online, by speaking to our agents on Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat.

Hi @Sally Watts

I’m not sure what you mean here, what messages are you expecting to show up on the phone the SIM is in? Text messages? Messages from iD Mobile?

You can contact us here on the community, on Facebook, Twitter and Live Chat.

Yes, we would contact you to let you know the direct debit is cancelled, because that affects your billing and if bills are missed this can affect your credit score and restrict services.

All I got was some fake scammers try trying to get information from me. I am done with this. The DDM is cancelled, there is no contract. No money outstanding. Goodbye.

Hi @Sally Watts

I’m not sure what you mean by confirmation messages, what is being confirmed? Do you mean One Time Password messages?

Note that cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your plan, bills will continue to be owed.

I can’t do anything else. The phone hasn’t been used for more than three years. I had a message from another ‘employee’ who did nothing but did nothing but try to con details from me. The phone was 2g so is now a brick. It was only a sim for a couple quid a month. So do your best all I wanted was bloody address to write a letter.
