I’ve just received my ID sim which I intend to use in my ZTE modem. 

I’ve been using a popit sim which works off EE so I’m aware I need to change the APN settings. 

I don’t seem to be able to find the required settings? 

Can anybody help?

My id sim worked as soon as I put in router; have you tried doing that. Settings in sim should populate necessary router settings.

    Thanks but those are for phones this is a modem

    Okay @Getawywithjules, pretty sure every mobile phone has a modem. 

    A mobile phone without a modem wouldn’t be able to modulate / demodulate the radio waves carrying the signal data.

    FYI, iD Mobile don’t support use of an iD SIM in anything other than a mobile phone, sorry.

    Sorry my mistake I meant Router. 
    So I guess it won’t work I’ll have to cancel then.

    Hi @Getawywithjules 

     

    It may be worth checking the above from @andewhite, however it’ll be worth noting that no routers are officially supported for usage with an iD Mobile SIM card, it’s possible they’ll work but we cannot guarantee it.
