Billed for unknown contract

I noticed on my bank account I am being charged for an ID mobile contract. It may be for an old number but that contract should have long expired. How can I find out how to get these payments back please? They should not have been taken as I have no other active contracts.

Hi there, did you speak to anyone at iD Mobile to request a disconnection of the line? If not, it would have remained active and so you’d be liable for any payments. If you’d like to disconnect it now, please get in touch with our Live Chat team. 

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
