Billing and data query post plan change

I changed plans last month 12th April I expected my first bill to be more but now it’s showing my next one will also be more how do I get this looked into? also my data has not rolled over from last month why is this ?

Hello @Helenmc,

 

Data will only rollover if you’ve been on a plan for at least 30-days.

A plan change will move you to a different plan, therefore, data rollover will not be available on the first month.

This is advised at the time of the change.

 

In regards to the billing, have you checked the bill breakdown to see why it’s higher? 

Are there any additional charges on there that could be un-related to the plan change?
