Data add on gone

I bought a £10 3GB Data add on like 2 days ago and I just got a notification saying I have 500mb left. I've barely used it the past 2 days but somehow it's all gone. I keep track of my usage so it lasts but this has gone way too quickly

Hi @Kiamccartney,

Your phone should have an option within the settings to view which apps have used the most data. If you set this up to view the dates matching your allowance refresh cycle, you can see the apps that have used it the most during this month.

Also, when you log into your app, are you seeing that the data add-on has been used as the message you received may be relating to your usual data allowance instead.
