Data Rollover incorrect allowance?


i had 6.2 gigs data remaining why was only 5 gigs rolledover?

Hi Destiny, are you on a 5Gb monthly plan? Data can only roll over for 1 month so you may have the maximum that can be rolled over.

yes i have 5gb monthly plan last month was given 5gb rollover plus my 5gb allowance so got 10gb. but only used 4gb so i should of got 6gb rollover and 5gb allownce that should be 11gb but only got 10gb?

Hi @destiny7,

As advised above you can only rollover 1 months allowance at any given time.

This means the maximum you could rollover would be 5GB.

We are very sorry about that.

We currently only allow 1 months allowance to rollover, which would be 5GB in this case.
