Today, out of the blue I have received a final demand letter from you. I am not (to the best of my knowledge) one of your customers and I don’t recognise the mobile phone number associated with the account. I have had no previous correspondence from you either by letter or email. Since I have no idea what this is for I am not minded to pay it. Please explain why I have received this.
