Hi team

Have recently lost my job and waiting to be paid redundancy . You guys have cut off my line and sold the debt to a third party which I think it's unfair considering the impact and stress Corona is having on people. I'm in the process of finding a new job and I won't receive my redundancy pay until 23 of October. I will be in the position to pay my outstanding bill by then

We are sorry to hear about your situation. We would only pass on a debt if the bill has not been paid for some time.

I can see, from previous correspondence, that we had already put in place a period of 90-days for you to pay off your bill along with granting a further 30-day period after this. This is all we can offer at this time I’m afraid. If you want to discuss your bill further then please contact our Support Team via the existing PM.
