My phone was stolen a few months ago. I reported it as stolen and blocked the phone and the sim. I am still being charged the monthly fee as well as an extortionate amount of add ons. This should not be the case if the sim is blocked and not in use?
I tried contacting iD mobile services but due to Covid there are no call centres open. I have been charged a ridiculous amount for a phone I do not have. To put it simply, I am furious. I expect a refund for all the money I have lost.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact them, or when lines will be open?
