i need a chat regarding seveal topics. I have 2 sim deals 1 an upgrade and 1 from another network

My dashboard is only showing my upgraded deal and would like to see the other 1.

Hi @ChrisBurgess0606, it’s not possible for the iD Mobile app to show your usage data for another network SIM, I’m afraid.

In fact, since it’s one iD Mobile SIM per account, you’ll only ever be able to see one SIM on the app, full stop.

I have a sim i registerd that i haven't been using and the bills comes monthly i couldn't remember the number  and I want to cancel the contract.
