Unsolicited phone calls from 02034099798 /96 when bill is not even due yet

This is happening more and more and I don't want to be harassed by this number unless the bill is actually overdue . The type of voicemail They leave is harassment because they are calling each day and leaving a message soliciting me to ring them back urgently regarding the account at times when my account is up to date or when the payment is not due yet.

    I'm disappointed to hear about this. Calls are sometimes made to people who choose to pay their bill manually rather than by direct debit.

    So we can look into this further, can you please email us , Please include a description of your issue and your community username along with your full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth and we'll see what we can do.
