CAN NOT LOG IN TO PAY

I can’t log in, my details are correct and it is still not letting me. I need to change my payment details otherwise I need to cancel. Worst mistake I ever made going with ID mobile will be leaving as soon as I can.

Hey @Georgia Fenwick, sorry to hear you feel this way. You’ll likely need an agent to fetch you a verification code at some point, but with us not being a live service and the codes only being valid for 15 minutes, we won’t be able to help from here.

Instead, I’d recommend contacting either the Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter teams who offer a more instant service.
