direct debit not taken from my Bank but showing as paid in account


My direct debit has been received my id mobile but the payment has not come out of my bank account, I have contacted the bank and they said it’s an issue with ID Mobile as the direct debit is set up correctly

Hey @Abbielevell,

It sometimes takes a few days for the payment to clear.

I’d recommend speaking to your Bank if you want to query the Direct Debit.

My payment has been received by ID mobile but had not been taken out of my bank account, can you tell me why this is
