My "final bill" email says "As you do not have a Direct Debit set up" (but I *do* have a Direct Debit set up)

Hello Jaime,

Do you know if your final bill has been paid?

I do not know if my final bill has been paid. When I log into https://my.idmobile.co.uk I can see:

 

My Current Month.
Unable to get your Current Month Bill Details. Please retry later.
My Last Bill.
You have no bills available at this time.
My Previous Bills.
You have no bills available at this time.

 

And every time that I click on “See my payment history”, it sends me back to the login page.

That’s a really cool online system you have there. (I presume it was sold to you by one of your competitors! Ha ha ha!)
