24 month term - phone now paid off

I've come to the end of my 24 month term. My phone is now paid off but the contract amount isn't decreasing.

I don't want to upgrade as my phone is still a newer phone. I just want to know the cost of the sim only. 

How do I find this out?

Hi @Deanna VA 

 

I’d recommend using the iD Mobile app/website while logged in (after having registered) to see upgrade options to a SIM only plan, you’ll be able to upgrade to a SIM only once your contracted term has ended.

 

The contracted amount wouldn’t decrease automatically.

I’d recomend you change the provider - best way to avoid higher charges, or you speak to the clever AI - haha

It won't let me upgrade to sim only. Only to new phones! Trued tongive notice on the app and it says server error. Fancy that. Incredibly frustrating and I do feel it's easier to just leave.
