I had an iD account in my name which was closed off around March last year. Credit score is showing that an arrears of £1 was on the account for 3 months before it was then settled. I had no idea of this arrears and it feels like it was a system error. Problem is that is totally crippling mortgage and credit card applications I’m doing. Can I get ID to clear this history from my record as I don’t think I’m at fault?
Tried chatting to a live agent about this but it was very frustrating. Really need to speak with someone to know what actually happened.

I did get some answers initially but chat was ended prematurely before I could follow up. I don’t think my enquiry would be best served with chat anyhow. I’m looking for copies of last 2 bills and what attempts were made to contact me about the outstanding balance.
