Something has come out my bank and my direct debit hasn’t gone out bank will they try to take it again when I put the short fall in bank

If your direct debit payment fails, we’ll re-attempt within 5-days. Or, you can make the payment manually via the iD Mobile app/website, or via our automated payment phone-line if you prefer.
