Additional charge on bill

Hi!

There is an additional charge for added extra 1GB of data on my bill. I never use all of my data and always have roll-over from previous month. I have not made adjustments to my plan either. Why is there an extra charge? Could this have been added accidentally to a wrong account? Please remove.

A 1GB add on would be added in the iD Mobile app, by the user themselves, are you sure you didn’t purchase the add on there?

I have no reason to purchase additional data when I don't even use half of my current allowance.  There seemed to be a problem with the app when I last used it and nothing I tried to do or see seemed to work properly,  pages not loading. Could this have caused the accidental add-on? I would like this charge to be removed, please, as I don't need it, nor chose to purchase it.
