App and website won't let me pay my bill or setup Direct debit

Tried to setup DD but iD inform me that bank doesn't recognise details.  iD have said this 2 months running.  The details are correct, I've rechecked.  Issue is with iD, not me or bank.

 

Tried to make one-off card payment but app and website just hang after Submit of card details. 

 

What is wrong, how do I pay?

Thanks Kash. I actually couldn't phone that number due to the unpaid bill!  But I did find a 7777 number for iD and  paid bill using that number instead.
