April Bill

Hi 

 

My pay monthly plan is usually £44.88 a month and is usually billed 14th of the month to 13th of the next month.

 

I’ve just received my bill for Apr 25 which has been billed at £64.07 and the invoice dates are:

14th Apr 25 to 26th May 25

 

I dont understand why the invoice is to the 26th of May and not the 13th May?

 

Also when viewing my bills via my account it shows:

Your next bill so far: 27/04/2025 - 26/05/2025

£44.88

Your payment will be taken via Direct Debit on or around the 10/06/2025.

Seems like you might have upgraded or changed the date of your direct debit, ​@Moob.  

The bill time period 14/04/25 - 26/05/25 is more than 1-month, so the bill is going to be higher than usual. 

I’d expect the next actual bill will cover time period 27/05/25 - 26/06/25 (i.e. 1-month).

I’d expect the next actual bill will cover time period 27/05/25 - 26/06/25 (i.e. 1-month).
