Are 0371 numbers covered on my contract?

Hey there ​@MrsJ, if your bill cap is set to £0.00 on the iD Mobile app/website, and you attempt a call and it goes through, then this will mean it’s free to call.

 

If you try a call and it doesn’t let you, then you will need to change your bill cap to a higher amount to allow the charges to go through, and would therefore mean it costs to call.
