Hi, I have tried to search for this previous but can’t find anything. I have also asked ID support chat and they say these numbers are chargeable but other networks are free. I have a pay monthly package with unlimited phone calls. I have also tried the telephone nimber look up but that isn’t working. Any help gratefully received. The full number I am ringing is 0343 415 6317.

Thank you… that’s what I though. The advisor I am currently speaking to is now advising me that calls beginning with 01 are chargeable which is crazy as all area codes begin with 01!

I have also spoken to an advisor whilst trying to log a complaint and they have also told me that 01, 02 and 03 numbers are chargeable but only if they are business numbers?? This just doesn’t make sense! Surely they are included whether they are business or residential? I might go back to Carphone Warehouse where I got the phone and contract from.

The number is included in your allowances and will be deduced from your minutes as normal calls.

Doesn't suprise me with the wrong advice to be honest I was advised that my SIM only contract price will be rising each April wrongly even though it's price locked and hasn't gone up a penny this April.
