I would like to make a payment to resolve my bill could someone get in touch or phone me on { REMOVED } thank you 

You can make a one-time payment by calling 7777 from your iD Mobile SIM or 0333 003 7777 from any other phone, then entering the iD number you want to pay for.

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Ashlee2023 

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
