Hi,
I have just.added on an extra £5 roaming add on for 24hours but seem to have been charged 3 times for the same 24hour period.. how do I contact someone to get this resolved please?
There are 3 charges but only one 24 hour period added on, which is all.i need so should have only been one add on, obviously 🤦♀️
Please help ASAP!

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.

The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by third parties, collective entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.

One winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all correct and eligible entries received. The winner will receive the prize listed above. The winner will be notified by email or by private message on the Community platform and will be asked to reply within 7 days of receipt of the notification.
