being charged but not working

I’m really not happy. Had an email to say I’m being charged for £33 , but my E sim hasn’t worked once. I do cabin crew so always in different EU countries , but 4g has never worked. It doesn’t make it easy to find how to even cancel this and not even find help and support with an agent. What do I do?

What phone do you have?

Do you have VoLTE enabled on your phone? Even if ‘4G’ is selected as your connection, you need to ensure that VoLTE is enabled as 4G is only a label for the ‘4th Generation’ network whereas VoLTE is the actual type of signal you need to connect to.

Have you looked at the breakdown of your latest bill to determine why the £33 was charged?
Are the EU countries you visit included in your plan?

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to connect with an adviser rather than going round in circles with the chatbot. Make sure you have time to connect as it may take a while for the chat to start and to get replies as the advisers usually handle a few conversations at a time.
