being charged for an id mobile plan ive never used

I’ve never received an id mobile sim but have been charged for it for a several months. It seems impossible to cancel the sim because I never received it so I don’t know what the number is.

Hi Tom, yes I would very much like help with it please. I’ve now been contacted by a debt collection agency in relation to this matter
