My ID account has been hacked by scammers!
I have had to block my debit card, and with great difficulty from ID Mobile managed to cancel phones ordered in my name -my bill would have gone from £12.month to £89 and my wife would be paying £115 monthly. How did this happen? I tried to contact ID Mobile to say I did not change my plan and all they said I did it on line -of course I did not, but ID insisted I did it. If ID is so easy to get into and they did not even think of the gap in payment, no body contacted me to say a new plan was in place, except a text, which I did not open as it could have come from anywhere. I t is a pity that no human is available to speak with over theses very important matters. The scammer said his name was Jason and he gave a number 07441396375, Watch out for this number! Eventually the new plan was changed the top of the range iPhone were cancelled -why is it SOOOO difficult to get an ID Person to speak to you on the telephone?
Thanks to quick action from my bank my account was saved from being emptied by “Jason and friends” ID would have been happy for the Plan to go ahead. I am expecting this to be blocked by ID as they would not want this to “get out” -just had another call from someone who said they were part of ID Fraud department. Cannot believe that! -it was the same number.
