I am on a pay as you go Sim which costs me £10 per month why is my bill £22.90?

Hey there @Steve Kirkham, welcome to Community! If you’ve been charged more than your usual bill, then this could mean a few things:

  1. You’ve used more than your regular allowances
  2. You’ve been charged for using roaming/international features
  3. You’ve text/called a premium phone number
  4. You’ve sent MMS texts

If you’d like us to look into this further, please let us know and we’ll PM you.

Thank you,

Tyler
