My bill has gone from £8 to £36? And all I’ve done is add on a £3 add on

All usage is shown in detail in the PDF copy of your monthly iD Mobile bills. You can access bills from your iD online account and you should be able to download the PDF copy of it.
With this info you can see where you were charged the extra £ and for what. If you know that you didn’t use what is stated then you can contact the Live Chat to discuss the way forward.

Type ‘Talk to a person’ in the chat field to connect directly with an adviser (rather than answering the ‘round and round and round……...’ inane questions).
Please be aware that advisers have several chats going at any one time and may take a while to connect/reply to you so make sure you have the time to stay on-line to get an answer.

You can also ‘cap’ your monthly bill to a amount of your choosing so that you never get a large bill again (but be aware that once the cap is reached you will not be able to use premium services until your plan renews the next month).
 

To increase your spend cap…..

Login to your account
Select ‘Bills’ at the top of the page
Scroll down to and select ‘Manage bill cap’
