Why is my bill going up the last 2 months it's should be £10.80

Have you checked your bill for any out of plan charges?

Failing that you need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Tracey Hannan  

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​

If it’s been different for two months, then it’s likely you’ve used out of contract charges. If you’d like to avoid out of contract charges, please change your bill cap to £0.00, or ensure you’re not using more allowances than what’s available in your plan, or not texting/calling/roaming that incur out of contract charges.
