It sounds like you may have a second plan with iD Mobile. You need to speak to someone with account level access to confirm if this is the case or not. iD Mobile offers live chat as a communication channel, available from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on weekends and bank holidays.
