Why hasn’t my April bill gone through? I should have paid it 1st May but the DD has not gone through?

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@KathrynZorn33 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

If we’ve had an issue with taking your direct debit automatically we should send you a text, have you had a text?

 

Were direct debits definitely enabled?
