Have you looked at the breakdown in your bill to see why it is so high? Is it due to Out of Plan charges?
If you want to stop this from happening in the future then you can cap the £ of your use:-
To cap your iD Mobile bill, you need to set a bill cap, which limits the amount you can spend on out-of-bundle charges each month. You can do this through the iD Mobile app or by logging into your account online. The cap can be set to any amount between £0 and your credit limit.
Here's how to set your bill cap:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log in to your online account .
- Navigate to the "Bills" section .
- Find and select "Manage bill cap" .
- Use the slider or input a specific amount: to set your desired bill cap.
- Confirm and save the changes .
By setting a bill cap, you ensure that you won't incur unexpected charges beyond your chosen limit, giving you greater control over your monthly spending.
