Hello the cost of the new phone and data it was offered at 42.99 but the first bill will be 48.09. May I know why please?

also if I pay extra money into my count does it reduce the monthly payments?

    Your bill provides you with a full breakdown of all charges. It will be pro rata billing!

    Had you upgraded? If so it will be a pro rata bill. This just means part of your previous months bill has been added on, you won’t have over paid.

    Do you have the iD app? You will be able to view your full bill there.

    Also yes, if you were to call and make a manual payment, this would be deducted from your following bill.
