I bought a new phone but was unsuitable and sent back within the time frame. Curry's has had the phone since 20/11/24 and I have still been charged £8.37 when will this be refunded

What date did you order?

 

It’s likely you’ve been charged for the time the line-rental was opened for, which you’re liable to pay for whether used or not, as agreed upon in our terms and condtions.

Hi. I ordered the phone on 9/11/24 & received on 10/11/24. The phone was in transit to be sent back on 15/11/24

Did you pay for the returns cost?

If not, it is (however you look at it) down to us to pay the returns cost.

 

Also, (sadly) we do have to pay from the time of order. Though in some cases the full amount does get refunded.
