bill creeping up slowly

My monthly bill is slowly creeping up from £10, £11.60 and now £12:20…  Why is this? As I've not used hardly any of my data and it's rolled over? It should be £10 every month.

  • Set your bill cap to zero
  • Turn off Roaming
  • Turn off Premium

Then, wait for your bill to be generated. It will give you a full breakdown of all the charges. If you're unhappy with anything on the bill, speak to a live chat agent who will raise a ticket disputing the charges on your behalf.

You will have to check your bill for the breakdown.

Hi @Jatty666

We’d recommend checking the monthly bill, this should be possible in your iD Mobile app as suggested by @MZone.

To avoid unwanted extra charges, we’d recommend adjusting your bill cap to an amount you’re comfortable with, as suggested by @WelshPaul.

Thanks for the help @MZone & @WelshPaul.
