Bill for unknown mobile number

Hi 👋 

For some reason I'm receiving a request for payment for a mobile number that I dont recognise, but is linked to my email. This only started now in May 2025.

Any idea to whom I can speak to about this? I cannot use the app as I dont know the mobile number, just the last four digits.

Perhaps someone has opened a fraudulent iD account, using your details, ​@Peter.Hartley
