Hello,

My Bill has increased this month by an extra £15 and I can’t find out anywhere as to why this has happened? Could anybody support with this query please?

I have looked at my latest bill and there is no information regarding the reason for this heightened increase.

Looking into your account, looks like you recently changed your Direct Debit date. This will cause a higher than usual bill as it’ll be pro-rated. Don’t worry, your future bills will remain the same. For more information, check out this article:
