Just wanted someone from IDMobile to get back to me. I recently became an IDMobile customer and I have had issues with the PAC swap. ID have kindly given me two or three amounts of credit on my account due to the switch delay. I have since noticed that one I cannot see that discount applied no more, then I saw my bill go back to normally amount and then I saw a drop again but a very small one. Now today I received another email to say credit has been applied to my account but now the expected bill is £10 higher than it should be normally. So where is the credit gone? 

 

I must admit that OD not having actual people to talk to is very frustrating as this would resolve issues far more efficiently in my opinion. This online community help page isn't the best in that respect. I want someone from ID to contact me so I can discuss what is happening on my account as the app and the information within it are not great and somewhat limited
