My bill increased from £7/month to £15/month for no reason whatsoever. My bill cap is set to £0, no additional charges. My plan price just increased without justification. I did not upgrade, I wasn’t contacted about anything, it just increased.

I contacted customer services last month and I was credited £10 and was told that my bill will stay at £7 as normal. Come October, my bill again is £15. Contacted customer services and they raised a technical issue and got a text 24hrs later that says it’s been resolved.

My bill is still £15, and I got another email that says I’ve cancelled my direct debit, which I didn’t. What is going on? Did the customer service team didn’t understand what the issue is and cancelled my direct debit?
