I upgraded on 20th August from a sim plan to a new phone plan for £39.99 a month - I’ve just received my bill for £70.51 from 20/08/2024 - 17/10/2024, but for this to be paid on 1st October? This doesn’t seem right, can someone look into this for me and clarify as I’m confused?
