I upgraded on 20th August from a sim plan to a new phone plan for £39.99 a month - I’ve just received my bill for £70.51 from 20/08/2024 - 17/10/2024, but for this to be paid on 1st October? This doesn’t seem right, can someone look into this for me and clarify as I’m confused?

Hi @Jm2024 

 

If you’ve moved your direct debit date, one time you’ll have a bigger bill as it’ll cover a longer billing period, your next bill will be back to normal.

Hi - not moved date no, for some reason I’m being billed for two months but then will also have a bill that is expected to be paid on 1st Nov as well - I’m confused why I’m being charged for usage before I’ve even used anything within that month? My bill is typically for usage after the fact not before? Also it’s close to double in that respect as well
