Hello, I've recently changed my plan from 47.61 a month to 18.00 a month (no new phone), however this month my bill is 65.66 which doesn't make any sense, even if you add previous bill and new bill amounts together.

Okay @emmajohnson, looking at the £65.66 bill, is the billing period 1-month or greater than 1-month?

When you change/upgrade your iD plan, sometimes the billing period is more than 1-month, but then reverts to 1-month.

Have you checked the bill in the iD Mobile app to see if this explains the charges?

 

Have you changed billing date recently?

I can't do that as the money came out today so the bill isn't ready yet. I changed the billing date and changed how much I pay a month but kept the same phone
