Bill payment


Hello,

I keep receiving every second month an email about an outstanding bill, when I get in to my app or online there is no outstanding bill, where can I see this bill that keeps showing as an outstanding one. Where can I see for which number is that bill? I have also a direct debit set up and I don’t understand why this keeps happening?

We are sorry you are receiving an unexpected bill from us. How are you receiving this? Is it on the app? 

On the invoice, there should be details of the account it is associated with such as a mobile number and the plan.

Only on the email and there is no invoice attached, the invoices I receive  are all paid on time since I have direct debit arranged. It is always on the e mail and once I received a letter from debt collectors on my home address

What email address do the emails come from please?

They are coming from this email no-reply@idmobile.co.uk, and yes they are using my first name only with capital letters, if that’s of any relevance.

For each email sent, it should likely advise what the phone number linked to the plan is, or at least some of the numbers.

 

Does it show this via the emails at all?

No it doesn’t show any number, not even the amount, it just says to check the app or call the number for payment, and when I do this it says ghat all is paid…

Yes both of the plans are registered on the app and it shows no debts for them, all invoices are paid on time I have a direct debit set.
