Hi,

My daughter keeps getting messages saying payment due, but looking at her payment history she should be in credit.

 

Payments made 26/02/25, 04/03/2025 and 19/03/2025.

 

She should be in credit for her April payment? 

 

Please could you look into it please as she has lost her data.

Hey there ​@Sajdah McCormack, sorry to hear that.

 

When you check the payments, are you checking via the banking app/payments with your bank, or via the iD Mobile app/website?

 

I ask, as sometimes, when payments fail with us, they still show as successful in the app/website, even when they weren’t, therefore leading to the customer believing they’ve paid more than they should’ve. Can you double check your bank and check if more payments have been taken than expected?
